This website currently only offers shipping services to customers within EU member states. We do not currently support shipping to countries or regions outside the EU. Please note that we are unable to process your order if your delivery address is outside the EU.

2. Shipping Time

For in-stock items, we will arrange shipping within 5-7 business days after your order is successfully placed and payment is received.

For pre-sale items, the shipping time will be based on the time indicated on the product detail page. This time may be delayed due to factors such as product production schedules. We will notify you by SMS or email before shipping.

Under special circumstances, such as large order volumes, holidays, inclement weather, or force majeure, shipping time may be extended. We will do our best to minimize any delays and will promptly notify you of any such delays.

3. Shipping Time
After your product is shipped, the shipping time is typically 20-40 business days, calculated from the date the product is shipped, excluding the shipping day, weekends, and statutory holidays.
Shipping time may vary depending on factors such as the location of the delivery address, the logistics method, and traffic conditions. If your delivery address is in a remote area, the shipping time may be longer. The actual delivery time is subject to the actual delivery schedule.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on factors such as the weight, volume, and delivery address of your purchased product. The specific shipping fee will be displayed at checkout and you will be required to pay this fee.

5. Tracking
After your product is shipped, we will send you the tracking number and a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use this link or visit the logistics company's official website to track your product's shipping progress.

During the shipping process, if you notice that your product's shipping information has not been updated for an extended period of time or there are other abnormalities, please contact our customer service team and they will assist you in resolving the issue.

6. Receipt Notes

Upon receipt, please carefully check the quantity, specifications, and appearance of the goods to ensure they match your order. If you discover any damage, shortages, or misdelivery, please refuse to accept the goods and contact our customer service team immediately. We will handle this matter appropriately.

If you have someone else accept the goods, their signature will be deemed as yours, and you will be responsible for any related inspection and acceptance.

If you discover a problem with the goods after you have accepted them and cannot prove that the problem was caused during transportation, we will handle the matter in accordance with our after-sales service regulations.

7. Force Majeure

If the goods cannot be shipped on time or are delayed due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, war, government actions, etc.), we will promptly notify you and, depending on the extent of the force majeure, partially or fully exempt us from liability.
